How does the service work?+
By filling in the questionnaire we receive information about the person who needs help and match them with a Trusted Companion based on experience, availability and compatible location.
How much does it cost?+
Packages start at €24/hour for a Single Visit, €74/week for Starter Week, €279/month for Care Month and €479/month for Family Plus. The final cost depends on the number and length of visits.
In which countries is the service available?+
We're starting in Italy and are gradually rolling out the service to other EU countries. Fill in the questionnaire to tell us your area and we'll let you know as soon as we're up and running there.
What training do Trusted Companions receive?+
They receive training in relational skills, digital tools and the non-medical needs of people who need help. They take part in induction sessions and regular refresher training.
Can I always choose the same Trusted Companion?+
Of course, continuity matters: as long as the Trusted Companion remains available, we keep the same person assigned. If they become unavailable, we suggest an alternative with similar characteristics.
How is privacy handled?+
All information is processed in compliance with GDPR. Trusted Companions sign a confidentiality agreement and do not disclose sensitive data.
What is not included in the service?+
We do not provide medical care, manual handling of individuals, medication administration, nursing services or home-care assistant duties.
